Tapas provides you and your guest with the opportunity to sample a wide variety of flavors and textures. It is not just a starter and if you start eating Tapas you won't want to stop until you are full. Nevertheless, selecting the right dishes can sometimes be confusing, but we hope that this short guide will let you enjoy your meal even more.

Tapas is a type of DIY culinary experience, there are five main dishes for you to choose from on Jamon Jamon's menu. These are:

• Meat Tapas
  
• Vegetable Tapas
  
• Tablas; the work Tablas means flat wooden plate and our tablas are a wooden platter on which we provide you with a selection of thinly cut meats and hams,
  
• Paella; this traditional coastal dish has now become a standard part of the Tapas Bar menu. Made with a selection of meats and sea food, it will liven up your taste buds, but be prepared to wait, we only serve fresh food and it takes at least half an hour to prepare our special paella,
